The machine beside Support

Shadow reports

The first ten reports made by the machine, then every new one Support makes (shadow reports), each for a block Support has already reported on, so the two can be laid side by side. Same template, same pages, the Before You Dig responses Support received for that block. Where the machine cannot fetch a figure yet it says TBC rather than guess.

These reports carry customers' names, so this page needs the passcode (the same as the Mock pages).
